Position Overview:
Established printing company is seeking a dynamic and result oriented individual with experience in marketing and business development to create, grow and lead a new GREEN web based printing division. Reporting directly to the President, the position offers the right individual ample growth opportunity and substantial financial incentives based on sales performance.
Responsibilities:
Daily responsibilities include:
Work under the general supervision / mentoring of the company President - Survey, analyze, make recommendations, implement and report
Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products, competitive strength and weakness, value proposition, positioning, pricing...
Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional activities
Monitor and assist with sales, customer support, customer experience and satisfaction
Develop all aspects of the organization's online presence
Create, develop and manage content, maintain a consistent look and feel
Track and report on all site metrics, traffic, email newsletters, and online outreach campaigns
Keep current with emerging web technologies through relevant blogs, listservs, and events
Reach out to Green and Eco / Enviro community
Communicate company values and develop brand image in the green world
Represent company at events
May cross-train in additional disciplines to provide flexibility during peak times. Flexible hours may also be required from time to time.
Qualifications:
Business or marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualification
2 years experience in developing and maintaining web based marketing strategies
Experience in search engine optimization, organic search results & sponsored links
Advanced computer skills including web related - HTML, Lynx, search bots,...
Exposure to green and eco-friendly products / processes
Superior organizational skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills
Passion, Integrity and Energy
Self-starter and problem solver
